His Wonderful Works

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Psalm 107:8

We are praising the Lord for His goodness! So many things have come to pass over the past few months but we have seen God’s hand of provision and protection time and time again. It has been easy to allow our focus to shift to politics, unrest, or even the continued effects of the virus but none of these change who our God is or the fact that He is in complete control.

On January 30 we added another EK (evangelist kid) to the family! Julianna Joy (JJ) was 5.14 pounds and 19 inches long. She came almost three weeks early, but we are praising the Lord! JJ had a ‘true knot’ tied in her umbilical cord. Had she come any later in the pregnancy the possibility that she would have pulled the knot tight would have been even greater and we would have lost her. We are thanking the Lord for her safe arrival and that both Katie and JJ are at home doing well.

We are also praising the Lord for how He has met a very specific need. We have been praying the past few years that God would provide a new truck for our travels. We have put a lot of miles on  the Silverado in the past eight years and the repairs were starting to add up. Also, adding a new carseat would have made things very tight in the Silverado’s extended cab. But God already knew! Recently someone contacted us asking if they could purchase a truck for us! We now have a 2019 F350 and all the cab room we could possibly need. Our God STILL does great and mighty things above all we could ask or think.

We are still waiting on the shipment of several large items that we need to finish outfitting the truck for hauling (flatbed, 5th wheel hitch, etc.) Please pray that the manufacturers will be able to ship these items soon.

In April we hit the road again and in May we head out west. Pray with us that Christians will be revived and that the lost will see their need for a Savior.
